Ready Kit Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you visit readykit.in or purchase and use Ready Kit. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Product and licence
Ready Kit is a browser-based small-business workspace. A purchase provides a one-time licence for the purchased version for one business account, with access in up to two registered browsers. The licence is personal to that business and may not be shared, resold, copied or redistributed.
Payment and access
The amount shown at checkout is charged through Razorpay. Access is activated only after WooCommerce records a verified paid order. Pending, failed, cancelled or refunded orders do not provide active access.
Your business data
Sales, expenses, customers, inventory and document records are stored locally in your browser. Automatic synchronisation between browsers is not included. You are responsible for exporting regular backups. Clearing browser storage, resetting the browser or losing the device can remove locally stored records.
GST and business documents
Ready Kit helps create GST-ready invoices and quotations, but it is not tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for checking customer details, GSTIN, HSN/SAC, tax rates, place of supply and statutory requirements before issuing any document or filing a return.
Availability and updates
The one-time licence covers the purchased version. Future upgrades, new services, continuing support and indefinite hosting are not guaranteed. We may make reasonable security, compatibility and operational changes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected components, or use Ready Kit for unlawful activity.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ready Kit is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every business requirement. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entry, tax treatment, missing backups, device failure or third-party services.
