This policy explains how Ready Kit handles information when you visit readykit.in, place an order or use your customer account.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile number, email address, order and payment status, customer-account information, licence and browser-registration details, support messages, and basic website analytics.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Ready Kit does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, banking password or other payment credentials.
Business records inside Ready Kit
Your sales, expenses, customers, inventory, invoices and quotations are stored locally in your browser. They are not automatically synchronised to our server. You control exported backups and should store them safely.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, create and secure customer accounts, activate licences, prevent misuse, provide support, operate the website, understand performance and improve marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies for account and checkout functions, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These providers may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We share information only when needed with service providers that operate the website, WooCommerce, Razorpay, analytics and advertising tools, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
